Maggot infested porridge

I bought 2 packets of Morvite from my lical supermarket on the 11th Feb 2016, it has expiry date of August 2016. Upon opening it i saw a string like item which fell from the packet, i didnt think much of it, i just picked it out of my bowl and prepared my porridge. Today, on the 3rd day of me eating the porridge i came across a maggot, which now explains the string-like thing that keeps on coming out of the packet. How can you people ok contaminated food like this to be sold to human beings??? Now i am wondering the effect this will have on my health and that of my children. I am very upset and disgusted by your product
