Low standard

Hi Tiger brand South Africa, I am a big fan and eater of your food.I consume for 4 boxes of jungle oats a month, but the past two Weeks I have been having a problem consuming your product that I normally buy Woolworths but because it was not on special I went to checkers wonderpark as it was on sale but the contents are so horrible can't even digest the oats. Unfortunately I have thrown the box away. So my question to you Tiger brand I have never had an issues when buying your product from Woolies, when you produce your oats does specific amount meant for different shops.I am not happy with your end product.
