Live worm in Jungle Oats Energy bar

In 2021 I found a live worm in my Jungle Oats Energy Bar. I took a video and sent it to Tiger Brands. After numerous phone calls and e-mails and follow ups, a consultant from Tiger Brands contacted me telephonically and confirmed that after investigation, they did indeed find the cause of the worms in their production line. I requested for them to confirm it in writing and also requested them to inform the public about the defective products, and that it should be recalled. Since then, Tiger Brands have failed to respond to any of my correspondence. They also failed to compensate for the jungle oats bar that contained a live worm.
