Last year September I logged a complaint with regards to a product (KOO bake beans) there was something terribly wrong with product. It made me very sick and as a diabetic it was worst. I contacted them and the product was collected. Its almost a year and i didn't receive feedback with the results. Whether the product was contaminated or what fault was found after testing the product. I am totally disgusted with their services. So a consumer doesnt take first priority? What caused the diaorrea and vomiting? I need answers. Since then I haven't purchased their products.
