KOO sweetcorn from Tiger Brands

We bought a can of KOO sweetcorn last week from Pick n Pay When we opened it on Saturday we found that is was sour and rotten The expiry date on the can was marked 02/02/2018 Batch no 5033 We tried the customer care number present on the can for 3 days and could not get hold of anyone We then googled the company and got a number of *** where the lady, after I requested the address, dropped my call When I tried calling back she refused to answer my call When my wife called she answered but as soon as she heard me, she dropped the call again (very professional) I still have the rotten sweetcorn in my fridge and can't even complain to a big company What happened to customer service
