KOO baked bins

Tiger bought KOO baked bins at checkers and when we open the cans they were full of junk (carrot and other rotten stuff). Took video and send it to tiger brands and was asked for slip and batch code on can- unfortunately I threw the grocery slip and the cans. When I lodged a claim with Tiger brand they told me they can’t refund me because I don’t have a slip and batch code on can. This was really disappointing and the way complaint was handled was really bad. I had to follow up with them all the time.
