Jungle oats with inserts inside

Jungle oats 1KG box, item had inserts in inside the box. When i checked the BB 14/12/23 MAN 14/12/22 04:18. Checked other Boxes as well same BB thry also have inserts inside. Tried called them and was told to go back to Shoprite cause they'll only deal with shoprite and not me.
