Jungle Energy Bars

I e-mailed Tiger Brands on 20th May mentioning that I had purchased Jungle Energy Bars. Although the weight on the packaging was 48g, the one was quite a bit smaller than the other. I included photos. I received an e-mail to say a consultant will contact me in 24 working hours, which never happened. I sent a follow up e-mail on 30th May and received the same e-mail but have still not received feedback
