Irate Irate

Shocking experience to try and contact their Sales manager, only to be told that I may be contacted within 72 Hrs. Wow........... I call them with a potential, massive order for Rice (SPEKKO RICE). Now I must wait for their convenience. Everybody complaining about bad business.......well this is bad business....Irate, Irate....what has happened to customer service??????? All these multinationals now hide behind glass doors and "CALL CENTRES".....WAKE UP!!!!!....WE ARE BEING LEFT BEHIND IN THE BUSINESS WORLD, INCLUDING THE REST OF AFRICA.
