Insects found in Jungle Oat Bran

I reported this to Tiger Brands on 11 October 2024, they rep**** on 12 October 2024 requesting details and photo's of my issue to which I rep**** on 14 October 2023. There has been radio silence since then.

I opened my Jungle Oat Bran and, to my horror, discovered that insects had been sealed in the bag. I could see insects that looked like termites (2) and one moth. It also appeared that there was some type of web inside the package that had wrapped the insects in web, and I was unsure if there was a spider in there as well.
