Ingrams skin nourishing gel

purchased Ingrams skin nourishing pure tissue oil gel from clicks last month. the gel is so thick that the pump activator on the container does not work. i phoned tiger brands on 12th march and was told to upload video and pictures onto a whatsapp number. did so on the 17th March with the ref. no. TB21031 which i was given together with my complaint. todate this whatsapp has not been read. Just before easter i phoned them again but they could not trace my complaint. eventually the lady found it using my phone number and apologised and said they would investigate. todate NOTHING from these people. WHY DO I BOTHER COMPLAINING IF NO ONE TAKES ANY NOTICE.
