Inferior Quality Food/ A bag full of lies!

Has anyone noticed how inferior quality products we get nowadays and yet we pay so much more for them ? I bought a 10 kg Aunt Caroline rice and was shocked at the quality received. Bag full of lies! The bag clearly states long grain rice and it has always been long grain but my bag was short grain rice and when cooked it was horrible! This was part of month-end shopping and now it's an inconvenience for me ...rice is part of our almost daily meals so how long must I wait for this to be sorted. I also need an explanation as to how come the rice was of this quality!
