Incomplete product!!

Good day. I bought the jungle oats variety instant mix satchets at Pick n pay Menlyn Mall. I only found 9 satchets and the pack says 10 satchets. Im not happy about this. I really cannot afford to spend money on incomplete products. I am dissapointed because this is a clear indication of not having integrity. Really unacceptable. Im dissapointed.
