Ignored Complaint - Tiger Brands

Purchased six prepacked Albany, Best of Both, white bread rolls. Found only five in the pack with one having dirty black marks. Complained to customer services, Ref No TB *** and lodged a complaint. No response resulting in a couple of emails which culminated in a code being sms'd for a R40.00 credit without any communication. Basically, here is R40.00, (car guards delighted with the bread purchased) we won't talk to you, now go away. Terrible, "buy you off" customer service, interaction and attitude. Some communication would have resolved the matter.
