I want my money back!!!!!

Dear Tiger Brands, I have been using bio classic washing powder for 15 years and have never had any issues. Last November I bought a 2kg tub, that stank so bad, and contacted your customer service and they promised to come and fetch the tub, and provide me with a new one. WHICH THEY NEVER DID. For 4 months, there was no issues with your washing powder. I could not find stock in April, but checkers had a few tubs available in May. Then again in JUNE I bought 2 tubs and when I opened the tubs, it stank to high heaven. AGAIN i contacted your customer service department, and they asked me to provide slips of my purchase, and also sent images to your WhatsApp help line, which I did. And have heard nothing back. I phoned again this morning and they tell me I received a voucher via sms. When I went to look it was a R70 discount on my next tiger brands purchase.Are you serious!!!!!! Your product cost me over R400 and you have my a R70 discount on my next tiger brands home care purchase. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY REFUNDED, NOT SOME SILLY R70 Off. Fix this now, please!!!!!'
