I have never been humiliated

<p>Tiger brands is a company that had been long running in the packaging industry so I am very disappointed to have to write this,or is because they know they have a solid customer Base. I have made calls on two separate occasion's where I found stale tinkies hard and burnt mind you this is what my kiddies carry for snack lunch. and on the first occasion I was advised that the issue would be looked at, And I found another pack I was livid why should I be put in this predicament time and time again. I called they customer service again and this time I was not going to brushed over with a voucher. But what more they do voucher I got. Today as I was buying with the voucher that has an expiry of three years for Albany products declined imagine how livid humiliated and stunned I was not only have I been paying for stale tinkies but know I am been made a fool of. I want answer from tiger brands and I want this to be sorted out.</p>
