I found something Disgusting inside Tiger brandJuice

I bought one of their juice early this year,so i found something disgusting inside the juice bottle...i quickly called them,so they only said theyll send someone to come to and collect it ..since then i haven't heard anything from them..I told them that my fear was we were all since in the house,we all had running stomachs ...I even went to see the doctor cos I had something on my mouth like allergy ,they asked me to send them my sick note and the pictures of the thing that we found inside the juice qnd I did that too..but now they it's over a month .... I really feel they disrespecting me
