I buy Albany bread on a daily basis and was very disturbed when I found mould in Albany Superior White bread before the best by date . I reported the matter but no one has called or rep**** to explain how could that happen. Instead I received an sms with a R20 voucher. I was not requesting a refund for my purchase but action to ensure such incidents do not happen again. That was very insulting to me as a loyal consumer
