I bought Tastic Rice at Checkers that was moldy

I bought Tastic Rice at Checkers that was moldy. I called Tiger brands with the concern of the product in February. I still have not received any feedback from them. If the company tried calling and I did not answer, a follow-up email should have been sent. I still have the product at my home as I was advised by Tiger Brands to keep it. I will never buy any product with Tiger Brands' mark on it. Disappointing service.
