I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious food safety incident involving a Jungle Energy Bar (Milk Chocolate) produced by Tiger Brands and to express my absolute disgust and concern regarding a Jungle Energy Bar I purchased and consumed last week. After eating half of the bar, I was horrified to discover a live maggot crawling inside the silver packaging. Upon closer inspection of the remaining bar, there are visible holes and signs of infestation in the chocolate itself. I expect a formal investigation into this batch. Consumers trust Tiger Brands for quality, but this experience has been both physically sickening and traumatizing. I discarded the item in disgust but I have included the shop and address where the item was purchased as well as the details of the package for referencing.
