Horrified and disappointed

I am so disappointed at the quality youre providing. I bought 10kg at Spur in vorna valley midrand this is the second bag the frist pne i thought somehow we caused the brown stuff so i didnt complain but now the second one which i bought on Sunday 21 of April and today on Wednesday i found the very stuff which looks Iike rocks made from maize meal which brown and greenish. So I took pics this is not acceptable. Problem i cant get a refund because I dont have the receipt.
