Hard lumps found in ****in mix

I am very frustrated as this is not my 1st time complaining about the same problem, with NO response.<br> I bought the Golden Cloud Chocolate Flavoured ****in Mix. After I have mixed the ****in mix with the liquid, it formed hard lumps, so hard that a mixer can't even break it.<br> This is very frustrating as was going to make ****ins for a function, just to find out that I cannot use it, meaning I have wasted my eggs, oil and water not to mention my time and the shops were closed as I bake at night for the next day.<br> There is defiantly a problem with this product as it is the 4th time this has happened to me.<br> Please can someone investigate and advise urgently?<br>
