Green plastic like material on Albany bread.

I bought an Albany loaf of white bread on the 24th November which had a green plastic like material stuck in between the bread ,I phoned them and they even asked for pictures which I sent, they then said they'll send a courier company to come collect, today 15 days later I'm still with my rotting bread in the fridge. They don't care about their customers and don't buy Albany bread anymore.
