Great Service from Tiger Brands

I had a pal in Zimbabwe whose wife was desperate for Cross & Blackwell Trim mayonnaise. I said I would find some in S.A. but it seemed to be discontinued. I contacted Tiger Foods who gave an interesting explanation that involved the bird flu causing a shortage of eggs. They had halted production of the egg free Trim when they got eggs so they could fill backorders for their regular mayonnaise. The next day a gentlemen appeared at my office door with a carry bag. Inside were 3 jars of trim mayonnaise which they had got from some shop that still had stock! He gave them to me with the compliments of Tiger Brands! I flew to Harare the next day with them much to the appreciation of Mrs N. This is exceptional service.
