Great Service and kindness by one of your employees, Manie

On 20 August, my bakkie overheated and I had to pull off to fill it with water. Manie and his wife stopped to ask if I need help. When I explained the problem, he said that I should follow him to his son's house down the road and that he will then have a look to see if he can help me. This was at 12h30. We left there at 4h30. Manie and his son took the bakkie apart, looking for the problem. He found it 4 hours later. The thermostat was faulty, but what made the problem worse was that it was not situated in the normal location one would expect. Whenever he needed a part, his wife drove with me to wherever inorder to buy it. His son stood by his side patiently, helping him the whole time. Where do you still find people like this, who are prepared to give up their Saturday afternoon and rugby to help complete strangers? He did not want any payment for this, either. You are fortunate and blessed to have an employee of that caliber, working for you.
