Gratitude from Tiger Brands

I found a piece of plastic in a chocolate bar, and contacted Tiger Brands. After a month, they collected the plastic for testing. After another few months, I finally got a phone call, thanking me profusely because it turns out the plastic was from their production line. They informed me that because of me, they have changed the production line, and do more inspections now. probably saving them millions I think. And then they promise to send me voucher, which took another three weeks to come via sms. I received a lousy R40! You can keep your R40 Tiger Brands, and I will not support you any more, and will tell everyone who will listen, not to either.
