Gel that disappoints

So my husband buys the perfect touch gel the grey pot we bought two pots at a time the problem is the the gel is now much thinner and doesn't make my husband as it did before I have emailed to the customer complaints department on Friday and I received a email that they would get back to me in 48 hours it's now Tuesday and I still didn't receive any response I was just wondering does anybody use the same brand and has problems with it
