Food poisoning and Disgraceful response from Customer care

I bought Albany Best of both bread 4 days before it expires. My son and I ate the bread 29 June being days before expiry date of 2 July. My son and I both had stomach cramps and hints of food poisoning. My son was more serious and had to go the doctor urgently as he was suffering in pain. The doctor visit cost him R650 and Medication another R250. After we did the investigation on all the food we ate we found that the bread was already growing black mould in the middle of the unexpired bread which we had already eaten. on 30 June,I called the sharecall line and after spending R30 on airtime to speak to the agent, i asked for a call back which was done. All details was provided and evidence pictures and barcodes and production details which tool 30 minutes of my work time and was asked to freeze the bread so a courier will come to pick up and take for testing. I also uploaded the evidence as requested on the Tiger brands whats app line. No response received from the whats app line.,I asked for feedback and was ignored. No email to acknowledge the problem of the Mouldy bread. While is a disgraceful customer care and horrible customer treatment, it gets worse. I tell my family to be on look out for a courier company coming for the bread but Tiger Brands goes on silent mode and forgets about me totally. To make matters worse, This week, I get an sms for R20 to buy another loaf of bread from Pick and pay. The morals and ethics of Hugh and profitable company like Tiger Brands is a Disgrace to its board.Seems like the only way customers can get fair treatment is to expose the bad Management and Leadership teams so shareholders can invest their money elswhere in comapnies who care about customers lives and helps people when the products makes their customers sick. So in all I lost over R1000 and wasted my time reporting defective and a food product that me and my son sick. This is a total Disgrace and I hope others with similar experience can share their stories so we can eventually take a class action for the customers who suffered the most from defective food products purchased from Tiger Brands. Unhappy ex customer who still has the mouldy bread in the freezer waiting ??
