flea and crawling bugs infested 2kg Jungle Oats

I bought a 2kg Jungle Oats from shoprite. To my surprise the entire packet was contaminated with flies and dead crawling insects. I tried to return it back to the store and was shocked when I was told that I couldn't return it without a receipt. So my question is simple, what does one do with a 2kg flea infested packet of jungle oats that is supposedly expiring on the 20/11/2018??? This is ****en ridiculous to say the least. Never in my entire life will I ever buy anything Tiger related and I urge other consumers not to bother themselves either
