Fast kill doesn't work

So i bought a product from tiger brands called kill fast sadly to say it doesn't work at all i informed the company of their faulty product on the twenty first of March 2022 up till to date I've had no feedback or response from named company, i still have it in the bag with slip as proof of purchase, it's as if they don't want to a acknowledge their product doesn't work.
