Factory fault??

Please see the pictures.

In a nut shell, I feel bought a factory fault bleach thickner if I may say.

All along it has been dripping and my wall was affected as I kept it on the wall above my toilet.

Today (12/01/2023) I decided to open it from the main big bottle part and the seal literally cracked once and it was broken.

It made sense as to why when I squeezed it, it ejected more than required. The broken seal!!!

I feel i have not experienced the good work of the product because of the broken and leaking seal and therefore feel a part of my money has been wasted.

I have a second bottle but it is also making sounds like it has a broken seal.
