Expired Product

I would like to share my dissapointing experience with Tiger Brands product. We bought King Kong Mthombo at Pick n Pay in Midrand.on the 16/05/2024. I bought King Korn Malt 2KG. This was manufactured on the 04/03/2024 and expiring date 04/12/2024 as stated outside the pack. I was surprised to find alive worms 🪱 inside the package. The product was not looking fresh at all. I'm questioning myself how should we believe the expiring dates. A query was send to your customer services on the 24/05/2024 but to date I haven't receive feedback from your office.
