Expired before expiry??

I am normally a fan of Albany,as I have been eating their bread since I was a little girl.I have noticed however their quality has dropped significantly. The bread is going bad way before expiry,and unfortunately it is the first time that has happened. I have emailed them on the 20 october and 8 days later no response not even one.

Its very disappointing that there is no service delivery and quality.
