Exceptional after sales service

<p>Purchased a faulty peaceful sleep electric mosquito gaurd but it was burning too rich (could literally see the vapour as clear as a smoking cigarette) after a short exchange of emails they sent me a R120 voucher which will easily get a new unit and some refills. They also quickly phoned me back to answer a question I had about the difference between peaceful sleep electric mosquito gaurds and Doom electric mosquito gaurds. The answer was nice and simple: they have the same ingredients but peaceful sleep has more active ingredients than Doom, so it's stronger and there for burns lighter (less rich) and there for lasts significantly longer (per refill) than the Doom. If I'm not mistaken the Doom is significantly cheaper and this more or less explains why, but considering that the Doom is weaker and so burns richer or heavier (compare the specifications on the boxes for burning hours and days plus quantity), the results and performance from both products are supposed to be identical. </p> <p> </p> <p>A big thankyou to tiger brands for excellent after sales and customer service, you have my deepest gratitude.</p>
