Excellent service

I had an issue with Easter eggs I had purchased at pick and pay it seemed that there was a manufacturing problem with the Easter eggs. So I emailed tiger brands about this during the course of the day and within a couple of hours I received a call from a lady from tiger brands regarding this matter and she explained everything to me and apologised, she was pleasant and I was very happy with the outcome. I forgot the ladys name but she really was pleasant and knows what customer care is. Thank you tiger brands
