Dissatisfied customer, poor quality product

I have been purchasing Tastic for many years, recently I purchased two 5kg Tastic rice from Game at Gateway. I purchased the same rice for several years and was completely satisfied. However, the rice I purchased recently is of terrible quality. It does not meet the criteria of "perfect every time." I've cooked this rice on two occasions and both times it turned out to be overly soft and lumpy. Instead of it being grainy and fluffy it's soft, sticky and grains of rice are lumped together.

You have a promise of your rice being "perfect every time." However, I am completely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with the quality of your product. I expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard.

To resolve this problem I suggest that you provide me with new bags of rice and that you send these bags to undergo a quality check.
