Dissatisfied customer

I've bought last month a pack of pasta shells Fatti's and Moni's when cooking the pasta on saterdag there was mites in the pasta I was so disappointed because it's not the first time I have experience mites in my items I bought from tygerbrands the first time I made contact with tygerbrands no one responded to my email.
