Disgusting rice by aunt caroline

I purchased a 10kg aunt caroline rice,used some of it then noticed at the bottom of the bag was dry maggots & webbs inside,I could not go back to the store I purchased it,reason being I had misplaced my receipt,so I contacted tiger brands,they told me to send a e-mail & photos if possible & they will send me a virtual voucher,a code sent via sms to purchase another bag of rice or other tiger brands items to the value of R150,so I still haven't received this virtual voucher,I mentioned to the receptionist that they must please pick up this bag of rice for further investigation & give me feedback,still haven't picked up,I need this matter taken seriously,I mean my family would of gotten sick & this company wants to give me a R150 voucher?
