Disgusting liquid they call Smooth Apricot Jam

I recently purchased a large tin of All Gold Smooth Apricot Jam and to my disgust when I opened it the content was almost liquid, it was so runny that it was difficult to get it out of the tin with a knife, after putting it between two slices of toast I had more jam down my arw and on the table when I tried to eat it, I lodged a complaint with Tiger Brands and a lady from Albany Bread in Durban (also Tiger Brand) who proceeded to insult my intelligence by saying that they had problem with the fruit, this was even before she knew what date it was made on, I wish these people would learn that consumers are not as thick as they make us out to be, then after I told her that the problem was that the jam had not been boiled sufficiently enough to solidify it she realised that perhaps I was not so stupid, she then took all the details I gave her off the bottom of the tin and that is the last I have heard from them, obviously they are so big that one consumer who will never buy their "jam" again does not bother them but to all who read this please remember that when you buy "jam" as thin as this they are making more profit out of it as they are selling us more water, let them know that as consumer we wont stand for it and boycott their products when they are inferior
