Disgusting jam mould

I am a proud consumer of All Gold jam especially apricot .But this morning as I was about to make some sandwich for 10 year old .I discovered this please see attached pictures . I must say I was very disappointed as it is money down the drain my kids can't eat jam that has mould on it .And I even checked the expiry date as you will also see on the pictures 2020 .

I wrote them an e-mail and their care e-mail is invalid .That's why I am complaining here.
