Disgusting customer service

I sent an email to enquire about a unexpired bottle of chutney I bought that had started to develop bubbles and ferment, to which I was told we will advise further and I'm still waiting for feedback after following up. I'm disgusted that this is the type of customer services and will consider not buying an Tiger brand products going forward
