Disgusting Complaint Resolution

We bought the 2Kg Tastic Rice and when we tried to cook it there was a worm in it. The matter was reported via the Tiger Brand website over a week ago and to date there has been no response. Absolutely disgusting from a Major Corporate, we cannot buy their products and have to put up with poor quality. There is no appropriate channels to upload and provide pictures!!!
