Disgusted

I bought a box of oats from Checkers. Opened the box on 3/1/2022 and cooked the oats. After dishing up the oats, I realised that there were mites in the oats, after my husband and I ate of the oats. I took pictures of the cooked oats as well as the box of oats with mites and sent it to Tiger Brands complaints. No reply. I sent a follow up email on 11/1/2022, and still no response. I am quite disgusted to say the least.
