Disappointed!!! Poor quality products!!!

I am not a happy customer🙁. I bought your product " 5 KG ace Maize meal" on 19/11/2022 at Westgate Mall PickNPay. It was not healthy at all. It was rotten. I cooked it and while eating I noticed some worms inside my plate. I then checked the maize meal container and I found worms inside but the expiry date is still far. I returned it to picknpay on monday the 21/11/2022. They took my number said someone will call me. I haven't received any call. I am disturbed, it is difficult for me now to eat maize meal, I'm still thinking about the worms I ate with my partner.

They also checked other batches on their shelves and noticed some web worms inside. They told me it's not their fault because the expiry date is still valid.

Why are you not selling quality products? I am disappointed!!!
