Disappointed Customer.m

It was in July when I bought Ace Maize meal at checkers in Gray owl mall, Centurion. The maize meal had worms all over. The expiry date on the packet is 19/10/2018. I took pics reported the matter to tigerbrand. The maize meal was 10kg, so they promised to reimburse and gave me the ref no: 196608. To date I have not heard from them. They gave me what's up number. I have sent 2 messages ever since and no response. Please assist me to get reimbur*****t for the maize I bought. Considering that worms in maize can cause a serious health hazard especially to my children. Are these things not suppose to be checked before ?
