Customer service is dismal

Absolutely pathetic customer service! Purchased a bottle of peanut butter in December. It had a very oily , runny texture, obviously realising its a defective batch I contacted Tiger Brands to report the product. I emailed them and explained the situation. They responded asking for batch details and manufacture date etc. i rep**** with all the requested info and got no reply thereafter. I then contacted the head office, gave the whole story again. She then directed me to a whatsapp customer service number and a ref number. I sent through pics etc as instructed. And to date i have yet to receive any feedback. What an actual waste of time!
