Complete Disregard or case for consumer concerns by Social Media Manager

Found a yucky substance in the Purity snack pouch after having given it to my daughter to eat and was terribly upset and took to Instagram to contact tiger brands. Their social media manager acknowledged my message and asked for my number and that where the conversation ended.

She/he chose to just ignore me after that even while active on Instagram!!! I then went to X and still got NO RESPONSE!

I have managed to contact their customer care and they seem helpful but honestly, their social media manager has zero understanding and/or interest in client experience. Truly disappointed!!!!
