Complaint on Foreign object in coo jam..no feedback

On 20 nov 2023 i boùght canned coo sweet corn at spar pallow valley in cape townand on opening product i saw a dead coack roach on top of the pròduct...i was disgusted.. Lodged my complaint with them and they send a courier to pick the can...and they phoned me and was given a whats app number to follow up... Refrence number was cŕeated... That was the last i heard from them.. it can not be correct.
