COMPLAIN - BEST OF BOTH BREAD

This is to bring to your attention that recently your breads are going off 2 days prior the best before. I have been buying Albany bread for years and never had problems, but last 3 to 4 times I noticed that best of both breads are getting mold prior best before dates. I have been sending emails and all they say, they will come back to me. it's been 10 days already- Poor customer service.
