Competition Hoax

Few weeks ago I entered the Albany competition that they had on their bread plastics. I subsequently won a R200 pic n pay back to school voucher. When I went to pick n pay to redeem the voucher it didn't work. I called them and I was told that they would come back to me within 72 hours with feedback. It's been a week and 4 days still nothing. I called them yesterday and I was told by the supervisor that the query will be resolved by today as the competition is closing. But till nothing. Why do you have competitions, and when one wins can't even claim the winnings. When one enquires you don't even have the decency to come back to one. Yet you still make money from the competition entry because to send those entries are not fee
